1. Nature of the Service

Hope4US is an educational and self-reflective relationship-insight platform. Hope4US is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, lie detection, abuse-screening, or a crisis-intervention service. Any insights, patterns, or suggestions produced by Hope4US are educated hypotheses derived from the information users voluntarily provide, and must not be relied upon as clinical, medical, legal, or safety determinations.

2. Release of Liability

By accessing or using Hope4US, each user acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such use. Hope4US does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of information submitted by any party, and no output produced by the service should be interpreted as a professional opinion. Users agree that decisions regarding their relationships, health, safety, family, finances, or legal circumstances remain solely their own responsibility.

Hope4US, together with its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and contributors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to emotional, relational, reputational, financial, or physical harm arising out of, or in connection with, the use or inability to use the service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and whether or not Hope4US was advised of the possibility of such damages, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Hope4US disclaims liability from anything claimed as a result of our service.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Information We Collect. Hope4US collects (a) account information provided at registration (including electronic mail address and any voluntarily submitted display name), (b) intake responses and practice-session responses submitted by the user, (c) authentication metadata generated by our identity providers, and (d) minimal technical telemetry required to operate the service (session identifiers, request timestamps, and error diagnostics).

3.2 Use of Information. Personal information is processed solely for the purposes of (i) delivering the requested service, (ii) generating personalized insights and practice sessions, (iii) maintaining security, integrity, and continuity of the platform, (iv) satisfying legal, regulatory, or judicial obligations, and (v) enforcing our Terms of Use. Hope4US does not sell personal information and does not disclose personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3.3 Confidentiality Between Partners. Each partner's raw responses are visible solely to that partner. Shared reports and shared session outputs are algorithmically generated at a system-level and do not attribute statements or verbatim quotations to either partner. Private reports and private session takeaways are visible only to the participant to whom they pertain.

3.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and thereafter for such period as is necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Hope4US through the channels provided in the application.

3.5 Security. Hope4US employs industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage system, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge this inherent risk.

3.6 Reporting Obligations. Hope4US does not actively monitor user submissions for law-enforcement purposes. Hope4US reserves the right to disclose information (i) as required by valid legal process, (ii) where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hope4US, its users, or the public, and (iii) in circumstances involving credible threats of imminent harm, including but not limited to threats involving minors.

3.7 Modifications. Hope4US may modify these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service following notice of such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Guidelines for Use

Users agree to answer intake and session prompts honestly to the best of their ability, to refrain from submitting content pertaining to third parties without their knowledge, and to use Hope4US in a manner consistent with lawful and non-abusive conduct. Hope4US may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines.
